Beginning Stage : ( Sourcing & Development ) Souring the correct product from the correct vendor and development of samples. Arrange to send the samples on an immediate base according to the client Tech Pack. Price negotiation with Vendor as per the client requirement. Coordinate with vendors in all initial processes for the order placement.
Customer-Centric Approach
After Placed Order
- Use to visit vendor place infrequently and closely follow up the order from the beginning Stage.
- Arrange to send the Lap dip, Initial Sample, PP samples, Trims, BOM and other follow up to start Production.
- Giving advice in the Quality, Technical area at the time of Production.
- Rush the production and meet out the Delivery time.
- After shipment – arrange to send the required supporting documents.
- In the production time, our Important role is to conduct the Midline, On-Line & Final Inspection by our good experience QC Team.
